Easy Ways to Exercise at Home
Rebecca Kreps, a physician assistant at Capital Women’s Care, knows it is sometimes difficult to find time to get to the gym. That’s why she recommends this simple and quick exercise routine that can be done in your living room, TV room… or even your back yard.
- Wall sits for 60 seconds
- 30 crunches
- 30 walking lunges
- 15 push-up (on knees, if needed)
- 20 straight arm raises into overhead press with soup can in each hand
Complete exercises moving directly to the next exercise. Then rest for 2 minutes and repeat 3 times. Drink plenty of water.
