The Bowman House and Museum soft opening
Visitors should remember to keep a safe 6-foot distance from others and wearing a mask to protect yourself and others is requested. The museum will not be open for inside tours; however, it can be viewed from doorways and windows. Denny Warrenfeltz will give informative spring garden discussions and tours of the raised bed garden, to the rear of the museum and potters shed. There also will be a variety of herbs and heirloom vegetables available for sale. Diane Putnam will demonstrate dipping beeswax candles and discussing the history of candle making during the 18th- and 19th-century, behind the potters shed. Beeswax candles will be available for purchase. Donations are welcome. Go to Boonsborohistoricalsociety.org/bowman-house.
