"Knoxville Narratives: Danny Lyon" -

A selection of black and white prints taken by photographer and filmmaker Danny Lyon. He is best known for his photo essay, "Bikeriders" (1968). Lyon was inspired by James Agee's "Let Us Now Praise Famous Men" (1941) and went to Knoxville, Tenn., to take these photos in 1971.
