Hollowell began its ministry in 1883 as an Anabaptist group of believers affected by the Wesleyan revival and holiness movement. We have a rich heritage of inspiring worship, meaningful community, foreign mission and service to those in need.
In the 125 plus years since there have been new and expanding buildings, several Pastors and passing generations, new technologies and forms of outreach. But the Hollowell Church body of Believers continues to exist to share in it's founding tradition; to declare Jesus as Lord and Savior.
Jesus spent a lot of time healing mind, body, and spirit. Vibrant Life shares His ministry by meeting people where they are and by providing information and encouragement that will help them live abundantly.
This is the essence of who we are and where we are going. Our mission and vision is to participate with Jesus Christ in His ministry by developing, producing, and distributing books, periodicals, electronic media, and other products that will introduce people to Jesus and affirm the Seventh-day Adventist faith. We envision the Holy Spirit inspiring every believer to share these materials and help others prepare for eternity.
